Benefits of Sponsorship
Like most special events, The Princess Promenade is a huge undertaking. There are months of planning and hours of work that go into bringing a special event like this to life. For a fraction of the event costs, Sponsors can leverage our efforts and get their products, services and community involvement message to consumers..

Title Sponsor
Premiere recognition as the event sponsor. Your name and company logo will be featured beside the Princess Promenade logo, displayed on the Official event logo wear, signage, on the web site (www.PrincessPromenade.com) and in all other promotional marketing materials. You are invited to have a prominent booth at the event. Your sponsorship also includes 4 riders on the course. This is an excellent opportunity to associate your company with the community benefits of this event. We will accept only one Title Sponsor on a first come basis.

Presenting Sponsors
The Presenting Sponsor is available in these areas: Entertainment/Keynote Speakers, Food & Beverage Sponsor, and Financial Sponsor. Your company will be credited and featured as providing underwriting to present these event elements. You are invited to have a workshop or booth at the Princess Fitness Festival. Your sponsorship includes 2 riders on the course. Your company logo will be printed on the event logo wear, Presenting Sponsor signage, promotional print materials and on event web site.

Tiara Level Sponsors
Tiara level sponsors are available in these categories: Apparel, Security, Alternative Transportation, Communications, Medical, Tactical Support, Print & Media, or other critical areas. Your company will be credited and recognized as sponsoring the event in the category most beneficial to your business, and logo included on promotional print materials as well as the on event web site. You are invited to have a booth at the Princess Fitness Festival. Your sponsorship includes 2 riders on the course.

Princess Fitness Festival
Reach out and touch your customers! Rates for a 10x10, 10x20 or 20x20 booth space are $200/$325/$400. Your company will supply a pop-up style booth and brand it as your own mini-store. Being this is a "green" event, please plan to keep waste to a minimum. Festival Set Up is on Sunday 7:00-7:45am at Discovery Park. Festival Hours are Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Rest Stop Sponsors $200
There are four Rest Stops located on the bike course where riders receive food, drinks, bicycle maintenance support, and encouragement! This sponsorship is a great way to be directly involved in the event. Rest stop sponsors will be recognized at the Princess Fitness Festival as well as on the event web site.
