Benefits of Sponsorship
Like most special events, The Princess Promenade is a huge undertaking. There are months of planning and hours of work that go into bringing a special event like this to life. Hence, the name "special" event. For a fraction of the event costs, Sponsors can leverage our efforts and get their products, services and community involvement message to consumers who may otherwise not know about them.

Title Sponsor
Premiere recognition as the event sponsor. Your name and company logo would be featured beside the Princess Promenade logo, displayed on the Official event logo wear, signage, on the web site (www.PrincessPromenade.com) and in all other marketing materials. You are invited to have a prominent booth at the event. Your sponsorship also includes 4 riders on the course. This is an excellent opportunity to associate your company with the community benefits of this event. We will accept only one Title Sponsor on a first come basis.

Presenting Sponsors
The Presenting Sponsor is available in three areas: Promenade Expo Keynote Speakers, Lunch and Refreshments Sponsor, and Financial Sponsor. Your company will be credited and featured as providing underwriting to present these event elements. You are invited to have a workshop or booth at the Promenade Expo. Your sponsorship includes 2 riders on the course. Your name would be printed on the event logo wear, Presenting Sponsor signage, print materials as well as the on event web site.

Tiara Level Sponsors
Tiara level sponsors are available in these categories: Apparel, Security, Alternative Transportation, Communications, Medical, Tactical Support, Print & Media, or other critical areas. Your company will be credited and recognized as providing underwriting for the event in the category most beneficial to your business.You are invited to have a booth at the Promenade Expo. Your sponsorship includes 2 riders on the course.

Promenade Expo
Reach out and touch your customers! Early bird rates for a 10x10, 10x20 or 20x20 booth space start at $375/$425/$500. Your company will supply a pop-up style booth and brand it as your own mini-store. Being this is a "green" event, please plan to keep waste to a minimum. Expo Set Up is on Saturday between 4-6 p.m. at Discovery Park. Expo Hours are Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. No booth set up Sunday morning.

Comfort Station Sponsors $300
There are four Comfort Stations (aid stations) located on the bike course where riders receive "comfort" such as food, drinks, bicycle maintenance support, and encouragement! This sponsorship is a great way to be directly involved in the event, by both helping fund and staff the aid station. Comfort Stations sponsors will be recognized at the Cycling Event as well as on the event web site.
